Beauty Debut: Chanel Inimitable Intense Collection

Chanel is introducing its Inimitable Intense Collection for eyes, and it's all about the smoke in these first pieces!  I say first pieces as there's more to come for this collection.

First peeks at the alluring, all-out-drama eye products from the collection are surfacing and Chanel is counting on the pent up mystery behind the collection to enthuse us all.  Success.  The first two pieces to be revealed are Ombres Contraste Duo (eyeshadow duo) in Gris - Subtil and Inimitable Intense Mascara Multi-Dimensionnel Sophistique, currently available in Noir (black).  Let's take a closer look.

OMBRE CONTRASTE EYESHADOW DUO in Gris - Subtil   $42
This foolproof pairing of complementary shades — in two unique textures — is housed in one convenient compact. The softly shimmering light shade is a creamy powder, which can be worn alone for a luminous effect, or as a base to extend the wear of the accompanying deep-toned shadow. The dark shade has intense micronized pigments for true colour application, and a matte finish to create depth and contour. Two applicators are included: a foam-tip to apply the shadows and a brush to blend. The collection will include six essential shade harmonies designed to take the guesswork out of harmonizing and applying eyeshadow. Gris-Subtil is the first duo to be released.

This technologically advanced formula builds on the success of the original mascara, delivering dramatic effects with a unique brush.
