Being in the field of mental health, when I hear "obssesive compulsive" my ear automatically turns to hear more. Have you heard of the beauty brand Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics? Chances are you haven't, yet it's getting lots of attention in editorials, from the professional makeup artist community and within the world of arts & entertainment in general. Ultra-sheer black and white tones respectively, they were designed to either darken and define or lighten and prime the lips, created in response to a über-natural trend in beauty, when even the most neutral of lipsticks was considered too much color.
The premise was simple: develop a complete line of professional quality cosmetics inspired by professional makeup solutions, not only for artists but for makeup enthusiasts everywhere.
