Once again, beauty and fashion are teaming up to create a market frenzy by launching a collaborative makeup product, this time an eye collection, for Fall 2008 distribution.
The pairing is no huge surprise as the Marchesa team has long since utilized the creative expertise of beauty fave Stila Cosmetics backstage for their runway shows.
Why an eye collection? Well, who wouldn't want to jump on the Stila eyeshadow bandwagon, 'tis the product they are famous for. The shades will reflect runway looks with three (3) eyeshadow and eyeliner limited-edition palettes contained in faux-leather rosette clasped compacts ($40 each). Also in the works? Three additional lipstick shades for the permanent collection.
