Ummmmmmm ... no! I adore Shirley, don't get me wrong. I really, truly do! But Shirley as Coco Chanel, I just can't grasp that idea. For goodness' sake, Lifetime, what we you thinking? Well, for those of you who may not have the same hang-ups as I do about who plays Coco, you may wish to tune in for Lifetime Channel's Coco Chanel.



About the Movie

I really don't know that I'll tune in for this version of her life, as tempting as it is. It will spoil all the surprises for when I watch what I'm terming "the real Coca movie", Coco Before Chanel, with Audrey Tatou due to debut sometime next year.
